Meet Your Coaches

Ethan Hunt
I started this summer school to give the next generation the same unforgettable summers I experienced when I was their age. BMX summer school was always the highlight of my year — the place where I built confidence, learned new skills, made great friends, and spent every day doing the sport I loved. The lessons I learned, the friendships I made, and the fun along the way helped build the foundation for a racing career that eventually took me around the world through BMX. Those experiences meant so much to me growing up, and they’re exactly what inspired me to create the same opportunity for the next generation of riders. Throughout my 15 years of racing BMX here are some of the credentials I have earned along the way; Winning the provincial championships 9x, 2 time District Champion, 3 time podium finish in Canada, Vice National Champion, Gold Cup Champion and earning the City of Burlington’s Junior Male Athlete of the Year Award.

I’ve been riding BMX for most of my life and have developed a strong, lasting passion for the sport. Like many riders, I attended BMX School during my journey within BMX, which played a key role in shaping my skills and love for riding.
Now, I’m excited to return in a coaching role, where I can support the next generation of riders as they develop their technique, confidence, and speed on the track. My goal is to create a positive and focused training environment where riders can improve, challenge themselves, and enjoy the process of progression.
I’m looking forward to being part of each rider’s development and helping them achieve their fastest and most confident laps.
