Our BMX Journey

At BMX Adventure Grounds in Milton, Ontario, we run a full-day BMX race summer school for riders ages 6–17 who want to ride, improve, and have an unforgettable summer on and off the track. Open to all skill levels, our program is coached by two former Team Canada BMX racers who each bring over 10+ years of real racing experience and coaching knowledge. Riders at BMX Adventure Grounds will train and play games at the best BMX track in Ontario through structured drills, skill development, and competitive challenges that build speed, confidence, and bike control. Now entering our third year running, our goal is simple: give the next generation of Milton BMX riders a safe, high-energy place to ride hard, learn usable skills, and have a great time doing it. And that’s just the riding — wait until you see the full list of games, challenges, and activities we have planned for this '26 season!

Why Choose Us?

Expert BMX Instructors

Our coaches bring over a decade of BMX racing experience and real track know-how. Both are former Team Canada and Team Ontario racers who grew up riding at Milton BMX, so we understand what it takes to develop skill, speed, and confidence. The school is led by a certified coach with CPR and First Aid training, ensuring every rider is challenged safely and supported at all times. We combine professional credentials with hands-on experience to help riders improve, have fun, and ride with confidence.

Exciting Activities

At BMX Adventure Grounds, every day is packed with action on and off the track. Riders take on exciting on-track drills like precision jump challenges, reaction-time gate starts, and balance-building corner races. Off the track, we focus on strength and agility with fun challenges like box jumps, agility ladders, and parachute resistance drills. And that’s not all — we mix in all the classic "camp" games, team challenges, and surprise activities that keep every rider engaged, learning, and having a blast from start to finish.

Skill Progression For Every Rider

Whether a rider is brand new to BMX or already racing competitively, our BMX school is designed to help every athlete improve. Coaches break down essential skills like gate starts, jumping, cornering, and race strategy into simple, easy-to-understand steps that riders can practice throughout the week. With hands-on coaching, small group instruction, and personalized feedback, every rider gets the support they need to build confidence and see real progress. Our goal is for every athlete to leave feeling faster, more confident, and excited to keep developing their BMX skills.

What Our Riders Say

"Tegan’s favorite part was the freedom to grow and bond with his peers. The biking community really felt like a brotherhood to him, which made him feel like he was part of something bigger than just BMX. He learned about gates and pumps, but what really stayed with him was learning what it means to go “high and low.” He enjoyed the experience so much and is already looking forward to another summer of fun doing what he loves most."

Tammy P

-(Mother of Milton BMX racer: Tegan P)

“As a “Factory Dad,” I am all about consistent incremental growth producing Champion Results for My Daughters.  While my girls attended Ethan’s BMX School, I was very stoked to have witnessed that both of my girls had dramatically improved their Manuals and Jumping Skills “WITH AUTHORITY!”  Thank You Coach Ethan for all that You have done to develop “My Champions!”

Adrian N
-(Father of Milton BMX racers: Maddy N and Ivy N)

"I liked doing the cat and mouse game and the water balloons. Something I felt accomplished with was getting better gates and first straight"
